Park Air Portal

The Park Air Customer Portal is a secure customer service platform providing immediate access to a unique customised site delivering the most up-to-date status on a customer order.   The Park Air Customer Portal tracks the progress of programmes from order to completion.

All relevant documentation will be available such as order information, warranty documents and serialised assets.

The Park Air Customer Portal sends alerts for actions, highlight any service bulletins and prompt warranty renewals.

Throughout the delivery phase the Customer Portal can be used to communicate, once the programme is complete and the system operational customers will have the continued use of the Portal to talk directly to the customer support team for ongoing support.
